I am AMANAH.

Assalamualaikum dan selamat petang.

Aku bekerja di sebuah syarikat training provider and I am a sales person there. Actually this industry is not really well known for some of us. But, believe it or not, training provider is very well known among a corporate company, especially HR department.

What we do is, we provide training service to corporate client. Corporate client? Ya, for companies like PETRONAS, Nestle, Shell, Mercedes Benz and many more. They need our service for their staff to attend training or kursus or latihan.

And me, as a sales person, need to find client, to be exact, corporate client to choose our service. Believe it or not, there are numbers or training provider outside that also providing same service like us. But, what make us special, we are class A training provider rated by HRDF (Human Resource Development Fund).

So, setiap hari, my job is to do a phone call, talking to client, invite them to join us and also drop email for marketing purpose.

My name is Noramanah, so I am using Amanah in my email. So, many of my client always confuse whether AMANAH is a company or organization or spam or whatever they think it is and they never thought that AMANAH is actually a person. A living person.

So, each time I make call, I will said, 'Hi my name is Amanah from iKnowledge' instead of 'I'm Amanah from iKnowledge' because I wanted they know that Amanah is a person, not a company.

And a lot of feedback that I received, 'Oh, awak ke Amanah, saya ingat Amanah tu Amanah Raya ke, Amanah Saham ke apa, so saya delete la email awak..' Oh..poor me.

Tak pun, aku akan dapat feedback, 'You are what? Amanah? Amanah what? Amanah Bakti ke apa?, Oh you are Amanah..I see..'

Tapi the good thing is, diorang akan ingat aku lepas tu. Haha. Well, I love my name.Thank you bapak.

4 Tahun.

Assalamualaikum.

27 May 4 tahun yang lalu, secara rasminya aku bertukar taraf menjadi puan.

Satu fasa baru dalam hidup telah bermula.

Adatla dalam rumah tangga, sedangkan lidah lagi tergigit, inikan pula cubit mencubit. Ewahhh!!!

Alhamdulillah, dah 4 tahun aku menjadi suri Mohd Eddy Sabrie. Dan alhamdulillah, tambah seorang lagi penyeri hidup kami. Penghibur, penghilang stress, tukang sepah rumah, tukang membebel, otromen ribut, superwing, hero penyelamat bonda a.k.a bodyguard bonda...Aisy Aryan Saifuddin.

Bertambah lagi sorang kawan gaduh aku.

Aku gembira, bahagia dan bersyukur sangat dengan anugerah ALLAH ni. Tak semua orang ada apa yg aku ada, dan tak semua yang orang ada, aku ada.

Tekanan kerja buat aku sangat sangat sangat sangat sangat down. Tapi balik rumah sentiasa ada penghibur yang buat aku kembali senyum.
